So, here is the news. Well, everything is well in Community, although, of course, it could be more 
active. Actually, participants and managers are still not active enough. I'm just stating a fact. 
According to the experience of other countries, the development could be faster. That is, in 
principle, I repeat once again, everything is fine and well now. Everything is paid, but there is 
still room for improvement.
So, I call on all managers and participants to think about all my words and to make every effort 
to develop the system. Well, what is good for the system is good for you as well. So everything 
is in your hands, and depends on you. This is the common truth, but nevertheless it is worth 
reminding once again. But as a whole, things are going well, I repeat. So, see you next time.
